Today, I'm bringing you a review of LUSH's shampoo bar, NEW! I have never used one of their shampoo bars before, so this was a very unique and amazing experience. One of my lovely friends gave it to me since it's not a good match for her (thanks, girl!). NEW! is a very stimulating shampoo that has cinnamon, cloves, peppermint, nettle, and rosemary in it. It has a spicy, "Red Hots" candy smell to it that is very strong, but is not NEARLY as strong in my hair. It's main purpose is to liven up thin and flat hair, giving it volume, as well as making it healthy and shiny.
I love that for such a small bar, it can be used 60 up to 90 washes! It definitely saves up on costs of purchasing a new shampoo every month and then having to throw away all that plastic since this is a naked product. I only had to swipe the bar through my hair a few times and it was SO SUDSY. I am just all about this lil' spicy guy.
Now, I have very fine, thin, and oily hair. This shampoo bar did actually make my hair a little more volumized and fluffy. Hopefully in time I will see improvements with my shedding (it literally comes out in clumps all the time). So far, I am in love with it and I will probably purchase some others in the future.
