February 2015 Faves

Hello! Today I am back with my first monthly favorites and February has just ended a couple days ago, so here were my most reached for products of last month~

For eyes, my first obvious favorite is the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette, which is so perfect for the month of February. I pretty much used this palette for my eye looks on a daily basis. And the other eye product is the Smashbox Full Exposure mascara. It came with my Full Exposure palette as a sample and I am in love with how it makes my lashes look. They become so long and thick, but without all the clumpyness that comes with a lot of mascaras, and I am definitely a "no clump/spider lash" kinda person.

Last month had soooo many favorite face products. The first being the Anastasia Beverly Hills contour kit (just the original, pre-made one). I constantly picked it up everyday for the shades Banana (the middle on the top row) to highlight under my eyes and Fawn (the middle on the bottom row) to contour. My next favorite is Photo-Loving Primer in green by NYX. I love the texture of this face primer because it doesn't have a very strong silicone-feeling to it. I don't know if it really makes a difference in my redness (which isn't severe anyways), but I love how the rest of my products sit on top of it. Next is the E.l.f. blush in Mellow Mauve. This is a continuing favorite because it is a beautiful mauve shade with a purple sheen, it just looks so amazing on the skin. And the last face favorite is the Ritualistic highlight from NYX. Brooke-Elise (brooke-elise.com) always raves about it, so I decided to try it and I LOVE IT, OKAY?! It has the gorgeous golden sheen to it and it pretty intense for just using a tiny bit of product.

I also have a few brushes that I had to mention as favorites because a couple of them were old favorites, but have come back into my heart. The first favorite is the Expert Face Brush from Real Techniques and it's a really soft and dense foundation-buffing brush. I use this to buff my foundation onto my skin and then blend with my RT sponge, which I have found is way better than just using my sponge because it would absorb too much product. The next brush is also from Real Techniques (they're just an amazing brush company, alright?) and it's the Buffing Brush. I have been using this to apply my powder and to buff out my contour afterwards. These two brushes are just so soft and densely packed that I love the feeling of them on my face. The last favorite is the double-ended brush that came with the Full Exposure palette from Smashbox. I absolutely LOVE the blending brush side to blend my transition shades on my eyes and I have been picking it up every time.

And that is it for my February favorites! What were your beauty favorites in the month of February?
